Alexa Smart Properties

Guest experience
that never sleeps.

Guests ask the same questions all day, at every hour. Your front desk answers them one at a time while the guest at the counter waits. Across hotels, senior living, healthcare and residential portfolios, that gap is paid for in reviews, in revenue per room, and in the people who leave.

One day in a smart property

Expectations run 24/7.
Staffing doesn't.

Six in the morning to midnight, at a property with a hundred and twenty rooms occupied. Every part of the day is shown twice: how it runs today, and how it runs when the room can answer. Scroll it, and use the switch to lead with either side.

06:00 — 09:00Breakfast rush

Fifteen times before seven

“What time does breakfast end, and where is it?”

Today

Early checkouts are queuing while the phone rings with the same question. Your team is doing three things at once: the guest in front of them, the call, and housekeeping on the other line.

With Alexa

The room answers it, in the guest’s own language, from your information. Nobody joins the queue to ask what time breakfast ends.

09:00 — 12:00The pace shifts

Five conversations at once

“Where is the gym, and how do I get into town?”

Today

Attractions, transport, pool hours, gym access. Late checkouts want extensions, housekeeping is reporting faults, and guests want luggage held and taxis ordered. Every one needs full attention and none of it gets it.

With Alexa

The standard answers come from the room. The desk keeps the conversations that actually need a person, which is the work guests remember.

12:00 — 15:00Before the rush

“Is my room ready?”

“I am early. Can I get in, and can I eat?”

Today

Arrivals turn up long before check-in opens. Room service menus, wifi that will not connect. The desk is trying to get ahead of three o’clock and cannot, because the phone will not stop.

With Alexa

Hours, menus and directions are on the screen in the room. The desk spends the hour preparing the arrivals instead of answering the same three questions.

15:00 — 19:00Peak check-in

The line and the phone

“We have arrived.” This is the hour the day is judged on.

Today

A queue of guests waiting to check in, and the phone ringing with more of them asking whether their room is ready. The arrival that should feel welcoming feels processed instead.

With Alexa

The calls that would have interrupted check-in are answered upstairs. The desk is free for the people standing in front of it, in the hour that decides the review.

19:00 — 00:00Evening and after hours

Four calls before dinner

“It is nine, I am tired, and the room is too warm.”

Today

Breakfast, the gym, room service, the thermostat: four calls to the desk and fifteen to twenty minutes gone, for one tired arrival. And the requests that come later arrive once the people who action them have gone home.

With Alexa

Asked once, out loud. The answer comes back at once, and the request reaches housekeeping or maintenance with the room number and the detail already attached — resolved during the stay, not reviewed after it.

What it costs

The bill arrives
somewhere else.

None of this appears as a line item. It appears in your scores, in revenue per room, and in who resigns this quarter.

  1. 01

    Revenue never taken

Orders not placed, upgrades not offered and services nobody mentioned, because asking was harder than going without.

  2. 02

    Scores you cannot argue with

Ratings move on small frictions: a wait on hold, a fault left unfixed, an arrival that felt processed rather than welcomed.

  3. 03

The hours your best people lose

A shift spent on a short list of repeated questions is a shift not spent with the guest in front of them.

  4. 04

    The cost of replacing them

Front-line roles turn over quickly when the job becomes a call centre, and every replacement costs time, money and service quality.

How we deploy

From first workshop
to every room.

  1. 1

    Discover & design

We map your guest journeys and request data, then design the voice experience around your service standards.

  2. 2

    Build & integrate

Custom skills are developed in your brand voice and connected to your property and operational systems.

  3. 3

    Pilot & measure

A live pilot with real guests and residents proves the impact before rollout, with results measured against today.

  4. 4

    Scale & manage

We roll out across your portfolio, train every team and manage the fleet as an ongoing service.

2018Building for voice since

We started as Smart Voice Studio, building voice experiences before voice went mainstream. Tambrin AI brings that depth to enterprise properties, with the same team and a bigger ambition.

Questions

What leaders ask us.

How is guest privacy protected?

Guests never sign in, so nothing is linked to a personal account. The device is managed by the property, the microphone has a physical off switch the guest can see, and the room is cleared between stays so no one inherits anyone else's activity. We take your team through handling and retention in detail during discovery, and we give you signage that explains it to guests in plain language.

Will it integrate with our existing systems?

In most cases, yes. We connect voice requests to your property management, ticketing, maintenance and care systems, and confirm compatibility before any deployment begins.

How long does a deployment take?

Timelines depend on portfolio size and integrations. We agree a plan in discovery and start with a pilot, so you see measured results before committing to a full rollout.

How is it priced?

Pricing depends on the number of rooms or units, the experiences you need and the level of ongoing management. You receive a clear proposal after discovery, before any commitment.

What support do we get after launch?

We manage the device fleet, monitor performance and keep improving the experience as a continuing service, with a dedicated contact for your team.
